Auburn Senior Samir Doughty is looking to make his presence known by NBA scouts. He has some valuable assets that are useful in the NBA. For example, he’s a pretty consistent 3 point shooter. Doughty also has shifty ball handling skills an can finish contested layups. So his skill set is what the NBA typically looks for in shooting guards. But he’s predicted to be drafted in little to no mock drafts. So can Samir make it to the pros? Although his attributes are similar to NBA stars, I don’t think he’ll be drafted because he’s not a high profile player. Unless of course he dominates his scouting workouts.
