You could say Auburn hoops is in need of a center for 2020. Since Austin Wiley graduated, Auburn’s only center on the roster is sophomore Stretch Akingbola. And he has very little experience. Well, Auburn fans hoped they’d pick up a commitment from 4-star center Cliff Omoruyi. But unfortunately, the big man from New Jersey committed to Rutgers on Sunday. So with that, Auburn must reach deep into the transfer portal to grab some sort of center or post player. Even if he’s not good enough to start, Auburn still needs at least a back up.
