The name Nix is a familiar one to Auburn fans. Patrick Nix was a star quarterback for the Tigers in the 90s. His son, Bo Nix, has already become legendary on the Plains after a solid freshman year in 2019. But the one Nix no one is talking about is Bo’s brother. Caleb Nix, as you might expect, is a quarterback. Caleb made his first start as a sophomore at the beginning of the 2019 football season for Pinson Valley. He obviously plays a lot like his brother. But now, Caleb Nix will be playing at a new school in 2020. Patrick Nix took a job at Central Phenix City in Alabama which means the Nix family will move along with him. There’s a lot of talent that will surround Caleb which is good. Right now, Caleb only has one offer. And it’s to Troy. But he has some time to make himself known. Maybe even pick up an Auburn offer. He graduates in 2022. That’ll be Bo Nix’s senior year at Auburn. Which means, there’s a chance another Nix could start as a true freshman. Caleb Nix is the next prodigy. But will he be a Tiger?
