Ranking the top 10 SEC starting running backs for 2020

Running backs are a huge part of SEC history. Now let’s take a look at who the 10 best running backs of the SEC will be in 2020. Enjoy.

1. Kylin Hill / Senior / Mississippi State

Probabaly my favorite MSU Bulldog ever, Kylin Hill was a star in his junior season. Now he looks to capitalize the SEC with a strong senior season.

2. Najee Harris / Senior / Alabama

The Derrick Henry clone, Najee Harris showe d off explosiveness and bulky power in his fabulous junior season with the Tide. He really shined once Tua was hurt because ALabama was more dependant on the run game.

3. Rakeem Boyd / Senior / Arkansas

Rakeem Boyd has earned his respect across the SEC as one of the league’s top backs. The solid runner knows how to rip off multiple yards.

4. Jerrion Ealy / Sophomore / Ole Miss

Jerrion Ealy, the incredible two-sport star, plans to play MLB in the pros. But if he keeps on grinding in the SEC, he might want to consider football.

5. Larry Roundtree III / Senior / Missouri

The underrated senior from Missouri looks to push his NFL dreams in his senior season. Roundtree wants to put up big numbers for his final act.

6. Isaiah Spiller / Sophomore / Texas A&M

Despite learning how to be a great rusher the hard way, Spiller is simply destined for a breakout sophomore season.

7. Zamir White / Sophomore / Georgia

Zamir White, an absolute beast of a back, looks to prove doubters wrong in his 2020 campain. White is a former 5-star and could be a Dawgs fan favorite.

8. Tank Bigsby / Freshman / Auburn

The solid compact running back hopes to snatch the starting running back job for Auburn as he’ll have to compete for it. Bigsby is a 5-star recruit.

9. Marshawn Lloyd / Freshman / South Carolina

Marshawn Lloyd is another stellar freshman running back. The compact runner hopes to make an impact on the young South Carolina team.

10. Eric Gray / Sophomore / Tennessee

Eric Grey had a decent freshman seaon but he’s likely to go viral after the 2020 season. Eric Grey has a nose for open field. And he’ll prove that in 2020.
