Auburn has released its 2020 football roster. There’s a few observations I want to make following its release. Like for example, #0 is now open to College football players. Who wears it for Auburn? Find out bellow.

Owen Pappoe has officially switched from #10, to #0 as he takes the newest number for College Football. #0 is a really cool number, and Pappoe could be remembered as one of the best Tigers to ever wear it.

Anthony Schwartz is no longer #5 as he has transitioned to #1 with Joey Gatewood gone. A cool number for the fastest player in football.

When I predicted freshmen’s jersey numbers in an old article, I ended up guessing about half of the numbers right. Not bad eh?

Star freshman running back Tank Bigsby will suit up as #4 just like in high school.

Two freshmen occupy #5. Receiver Kobe Hudson and safety Chris Thompson now claim the number.

The man who returned a 100 yard pick six vs Alabama, Zakoby McClain, is now #9 over from #35.

Matthew Hill is now listed as a defensive back, as a previous receiver.

Safety Jamien Sherwood is now #20, filling in for Jeremiah Dinson.

Caylin Newton, is #23 and listed as a receiver. Keep in mind, Newton the former quarterback, will be a force in trick plays.

Senior defensive end TD Moultry is now #90, switching from #55.

Transfers like Boobie Whitlow are erased from the roster as they’ve moved on.

Numbers are what give players their unique swag. Interestingly enough, Auburn has multiple number changes this season. War Eagle!
