Which Auburn player will go next in the NFL Draft?

Three solid Auburn defenders are off the board. Derrick Brown, Noah Igbinoghene, and Marlon Davidson. Who will be the next Tiger off the board? It should be either Prince Tega Wanogho, Javaris Davis, Nick Coe, or Jack Driscoll. We’ll post watching live the next Tiger who goes. War Eagle!

Kerryon gets company in Detroit backfield

The Detroit Lions franchise running back is Kerryon Johnson. Or so we thought. The Lions took a running back in the second round Friday evening two years after they took Kerryon in the second round. It’s a name that Auburn fans are far too fimiliar of. He’s from a rival school. It’s De’Andre Swift. Swift, a nimble rusher from Georgia, will join Johnson in the backfield in 2020. Now, the Lions wouldn’t have made this pick if it weren’t for Johnson’s injury history. But the two will share playing time. At least they’ll possibly emerge as the best running back duo in the NFL. War Eagle.

Derrick Brown goes #7 to the Panthers in 2020 NFL Draft

It’s been a while Auburn fans. But for the first time since 2014, Auburn has produced a first round pick. And that is Derrick Brown. Brown was taken #7 overall by the Carolina Panthers. Brown deserves this pick. He is the most dominant defensive tackle in the draft. This is huge. I guess you could say Carolina replaced a former Tiger with another. War Eagle and congrats Derrick!

Why Isaac Okoro is the Chicago Bulls’ new star

Isaac Okoro is set to be the second strait Auburn player to be drafted in the first round of the NBA Draft. It was Chuma Okeke last year. Okoro is a projected top 10 pick. And before his injury, he was projected top 5. There’s one team that is in the perfect spot to land Okoro. And that’s the Chicago Bulls at pick #7. So why is Okoro the Bulls’ next superstar?

He is explosive

Isaac Okoro was one of the most electric players in Auburn history. His crazy contact finishes and incredible dunks will give the fan base in Chicago an instant boost.

He’s a leader

Why does Bruce Pearl call Isaac Okoro a senior all the time. He’s a freshman. It’s because he’s so mature and he’s a leader. He’ll be an instant impact to the Bulls locker room.

He is similar to former Bulls’ stars

Isaac Okoro usually draws comparisons to former Bulls star Jimmy Butler. Butler has a largely similar skill set to Okoro and maybe Okoro has more potential.

He’s a long term player

Okoro may be the best franchise builder player in the draft. He’ll instantly be the long term answer Bulls fans have been longing for, for years.

He does it all

Isaac Okoro does it all. He is a pretty good three point shooter and obviously is great at driving in and scoring easy buckets. He’s a great finisher too.

I think Isaac Okoro will bring the Bulls everything they want. Size, strength, shooting. Everything. He’s just such a good athlete. War Eagle!

Jags running back wants team to sign Cam Newton

Leonard Fournette, a former LSU running back, wants his team, the Jacksonville Jaguars, to sign Cam Newton. Personally, I don’t like the Jags. But it’s whatever. Here’s what Fournette said on ESPN.

“Cam went to the Super Bowl,” Fournette said, via ESPN.com. “He’s a great guy. I’ve been knowing Cam for a minute now. And like I told some people that talked to me, it’s no disrespect to [Gardner Minshew]. I’m just trying to get in the best position as a team as we can [to] win. That’s all that was about. Just friendly competition ’cause that brings out the best in people.”

We’ll see where Cam lands after the draft. War Eagle.
